Who We Are
At J&M Alliance, landlords rent their properties directly to our company under a company-let agreement. We become the tenant and take care of everything. We operate the property as serviced accommodation for guests, while the landlord enjoys guaranteed rent and a completely hassle-free experience.
The Renters’ Rights Act 2025 introduces changes to ASTs, evictions, and rent rules, leaving many landlords unsure whether to sell or keep their properties. These rules don’t apply to company-let agreements, where terms are set directly between landlord and tenant.

Jess studied Chemistry at University of Nottingham and focuses on finding high-quality properties while building strong relationships with landlords and agents. She ensures every home is well cared for, delivering a reliable and hassle-free income for our landlords.
Marc Giddins
Co-Founder and Director
Marc studied Film and Media at Northumbria University and now leads content across our social media platforms, ensuring our brand is showcased professionally and consistently. He also manages the set up of our serviced accommodation properties, making sure they are fully equipped and well presented for our guests.
